We are re-claiming the energy of the new year and celebrating it BIGGER and BETTER for the start of the Chinese New Year! This celebration will begin with a Cherokee prayer and 108 sun salutations, led by some of your favorite yoga teachers. After, you'll be guided through a restful reiki ceremony, where several of our practitioners will come in to the Rev Room and offer reiki healing. From there... we party! We'll have dumplings, tangerines, and more to celebrate the Chinese New Year authentically. We are also doing a clothing swap in the Restore room, so you can purge your closet and pick up some new treasures.
