2024 Yoga Teacher Training
Whether your goal is to lead others in the practice of yoga, or simply to deepen your knowledge and understanding of yoga, Kodawari’s Yoga Teacher Training program is for you.
Our program is a transformational process geared toward adult learners. We engage in gentle self-inquiry and review personal challenges and our habitual responses to difficulty so that we might grow as individuals. The result? You will gain a strong sense of mental clarity, become physically stronger while giving something to yourself, and ultimately, develop your ability to give back to your community.
Our program ensures that you will graduate with confidence in your voice and the ability to teach a great yoga class. That includes smart sequencing, clear cueing, excellent theming, and the confidence to translate passion into action. You’ll leave with the tools to help yourself and others become more flexible in mind and body, to experience stress relief, and to have a high level of overall physical, mental and emotional health.

Classes meet 4 days per month for 7 weeks, with a final 2-day overnight retreat in week 8
