Welcome to Your Sauna and Cold Plunge Experience at Kodawari

Prepare to sweat, chill, and vibe.

At Kodawari Studios, we’re all about blending the heat and cold for the ultimate contrast therapy reset. Whether you're new to this or a seasoned sauna practitioner, we’ve got the setup and the vibes to help you feel amazing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each 60-minute session, you’ll be expertly guided through 3 rounds of 12-15-minute sauna sessions each of which is followed by a guided 3-5 minute cold plunge. 

P.S. we do things a bit different around here... get ready to focus on breathwork, meditation, and community sharing!

Your first session

  1. Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled

  2. Check in at the front desk upon arrival

  3. Wear clothes that can get wet (yoga pants, sports bra, etc.)

  4. Bring your towel and water bottle

  5. And, don’t be nervous – our instructors will be right by your side from start to finish

Our front desk yogis will help you get checked in and settled ahead of your session.

Sauna & Cold Plunge Classes

Guided Nordic Sauna & Cold Plunge

This is our signature class, the foundation of the Kodawari contrast therapy experience. A 60-minute, instructor-led session designed to regulate the nervous system and restore balance. Move through three intentional rounds of 12–15 minute sauna sessions, each followed by a guided 3–5 minute cold plunge. You’ll be supported with breathwork, timing, and cues throughout.

Open Flow (Unguided)

This offering is a self-led open session. Move at your own pace, transitioning from the hot and cold as often as you like. If you'd like assistance please go to the front desk.

Sweat Equity

Sweat Equity is a space where professionals (in any field!) are encouraged to share the experiences of their “work persona,” build relationships with like-minded individuals, and help redefine “networking” within a wellness-focused environment. Whether you’re a business owner, employee, or simply looking to connect with others and grow professionally, we would love to have you join.

Women’s Group & Men’s Group

We offer our signature contrast therapy class—the foundation of the Kodawari experience—in dedicated men’s and women’s groups for those who prefer an intentional, gender-specific space:

  • Women’s Group meets Sunday at 8:45am

  • Men’s Group meets Tuesdays at 7:15pm

Sauna + Plunge + Nidra*

A 90-minute session combining our Nordic Sauna, cold plunge, and a 30-minute Yoga Nidra in the unheated Restore Room. Two rounds of heat and plunge prep your body for deep restoration. Open to all members. Bring a change of clothes for Nidra.
