Rev Room (heated)
The Rev Room is our heated space, designed to invigorate both body and spirit. Whether you're flowing through Power Yoga or pushing through Hot Pilates, every class here will elevate your heart rate, challenge your strength, and leave you feeling sweaty and accomplished.
Restore Room (unheated)
On the other hand, the Restore Room is where you go to slow down and recharge. This non-heated space offers calming classes like Yin, Restorative, Mindful Flow, and Vinyasa, perfect for those days when your body and mind need a softer touch.

Heated Yoga Classes
Heated Vinyasa Flow
Experience a dynamic class with each instructor bringing a unique style. Flow through breath-based movement, strength-building holds, and peak postures like inversions and arm balances. End with restorative postures, savasana, and our signature cold towels. All levels welcome!
Hot Power
Challenge your body with a full-body workout in a heated room. Expect dynamic sequencing, longer holds, and advanced postures. You don’t need to master inversions—just bring your best. Finish with cold, aromatherapy-scented towels and a calming savasana.
Power + Chill
Can’t decide between movement and relaxation? This heated class blends dynamic, breath-to-movement sequences with longer holds and deeper stretches, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
Hot Yoga Sculpt
A high-energy blend of power yoga, HIIT, free weights, and fun beats. Build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and improve body awareness. All while keeping injury risk low.
Hot Pilates Flow
This class fuses power yoga and Pilates for full-body strength. Free weights and Pilates pauses will help you build muscle and longevity, while keeping joints safe.
Rhythm & Flow
Rhythm & Flow is a dynamic fusion of power vinyasa yoga and intuitive movement set to smooth, soulful beats that’ll have your body moving before your mind catches up.
Buti Yoga
Combine vinyasa yoga, tribal dance, and cardio for an empowering experience. Move to upbeat music while building strength and releasing stagnant energy. All levels welcome. Hydrate well for this heated class!
Unheated Yoga Classes
Power Flow
Power is a physically challenging, full-body experience held in a non-heated room. Get ready to rev up your heart rate with dynamic sequencing and build strength with longer holds of challenging postures.
Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath
Unwind in this gentle, non-heated class. Move through slow, mindful postures held for 2-10 minutes, with optional hands-on adjustments. End with a soothing sound bath.
Yin + Sound Bath
Ease tension with slow-paced postures, held for 1-5 minutes to improve flexibility and circulation. Journey inward with meditative movements, sound bowls, and deep relaxation.
Reiki + Breath
Tap into the healing power of breathwork. Using ancient techniques, this class helps release stress and supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Sound Meditation
Clear your mind through music and sound. Let the gong's vibrations guide you into a deep meditative state, helping release tension and promote relaxation.
Root + Radiate
Tap into the healing power of breathwork. Using ancient techniques, this class helps release stress and supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic class for those who prefer non-heated yoga. Expect breath-based movement, strength holds, and restorative postures. All levels welcome!
Mindful Flow
A slower-paced class for all levels, focusing on alignment and breath. Build a strong foundation in yoga basics, and leave feeling centered and stretched.
Sauna + Plunge + Nidra*
A 90-minute session combining our Nordic Sauna, cold plunge, and a 30-minute Yoga Nidra in the unheated Restore Room. Two rounds of heat and plunge prep your body for deep restoration. Open to all members. Bring a change of clothes for Nidra.
