Year to Live is a 12-month journey to wake up to life.
“We do not practice dying in order to prepare for a single moment called death. We practice dying to awaken to life itself.”
–Stephen Levine
Year to Live is not a course.
What if you lived this next year as if it were your last — not in fear, but in reverence?
Year to Live is a transformational rite of passage. A soul-deep commitment. A healing circle for those ready to meet life, death, and themselves with clarity, courage, and presence.
Over the course of 12 months, you’ll be invited to:
Let go of past hurt.
Heal important relationships.
Integrate life’s deepest lessons into your body, your breath, and your being.
And live each day with the intimacy that only death can teach us.
This is your call to wake up fully to the miracle of being alive — while held in community, ritual, and radical honesty.
About the Program
Throughout this year-long program, you will develop the ability to make deep, authentic contact with yourself and others. Find the courage to stand up, be honest, and discover what is stopping you from being real. Address, genuinely feel, and work through pain from past and current relationships. Learn ways to reduce the dominance of the mind, and find, in a felt sense, what it is to be still and present.
The following books will be the guiding texts for our profound healing journey:
“A Year to Live," by Stephen Levine
“Nonviolent Communication” by Marshall Rosenberg
“Present Over Perfect” by Shauna Niequist
”What Happened to You?” by Bruce D. Perry, MD, PhD & Oprah Winfrey
You will also receive a gratitude journal for a simple, yet profound daily writing practice. You will also receive the Shadow Work journal that will be the center piece for our inner work and reorganization.

Who This Is Not For
Let’s be clear: this isn’t for everyone.
If you’re comfortable in your patterns…
If you need the approval of others more than you want the truth…
If you’re clinging to your suffering like a badge of identity…
If you’re still outsourcing your power to your parents, your past, your pain—
Then please… DON’T DO THIS.
This is not for tourists. This is for pilgrims. The ones who are ready to empty the bag of f*cks they’ve been carrying. The ones who hear the whisper: there is more—and are ready to answer it.
